Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

New accounts include a one-time 7-day Pro trial at no charge. No payment, subscription, or credit card is required during the trial, and this policy does not apply to the trial period.

Pro Plans

NumFox Pro is offered in three recurring terms: $12.00 USD per 3 months, $18.00 USD per 6 months, or $24.00 USD per 12 months (billed in your local currency where applicable). All terms renew automatically and can be canceled anytime.

All Sales Are Final

All payments are final and non-refundable, including initial charges, automatic renewals, and partial billing periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because every new account includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, you can try every feature in full before you are charged. We encourage you to use the trial to decide whether NumFox is right for your family.

Lifetime Purchases (Legacy)

One-time lifetime purchases are no longer offered. Customers who bought lifetime access before it was discontinued keep that access permanently at no further charge.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Plan → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain Pro access and all features until that date. After cancellation takes effect, practice can no longer be started, but you keep your account, your child profiles, and read-only access to your complete history until you re-subscribe.

Account Deletion

If you delete your entire account (Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account), any unused subscription period is forfeited and all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. We do not issue pro-rata refunds for deleted accounts.
